About The Project
Candied pecan conveyor system for the fryer.
Due to the adhesion of the product, layers of pecans were formed that went into the frying in an uncontrolled way and the product did not come out evenly fried.
The solution we implemented is vibration conveying and control of the product’s entry into the fryer.
